The main house has 9 bedrooms (mostly en-suite), 6 doubles, 2 twins, 1 single and 8 bathrooms with a further 5 bedrooms(all en-suite) in the nearby Coach House, 2 twin 2 doubles & 1 single.

The impressive Inglenook fireplace (for logs) makes a focal point in the spacious sitting room with squashy sofas and armchairs and a wealth of beams. There is a TV/DVD/Freeview.

The kitchen is well equipped for catering for large parties. There is a Range Cooker, an electric fan oven, double fridge, freezer and double dishwashers, microwave and wine cooler.

The splendid Dining Room seats 20/26 around one table and has access through glass doors to an attractive terrace with BBQ and garden furniture. This area is also ideal for marquee use.

There are 4 acres of semi-formal gardens & grounds with ponds and statues making it a magical and tranquil place to explore & relax.

There are many local country walks and the grounds are a haven for rare birds and wildlife.

A few steps across a gravelled courtyard, The Coach House provides extra accommodation as well as a spacious ground floor room suitable for family use or as a meeting room for corporate bookings. (Seats 18 Boardroom Style/25 Theatre Style).

Broad Marston Manor is an ideal location for exploring Cotswold towns & villages with access to The Cotswold Way, National Trust properties ie Hidcote Manor Gardens, Charlecote Park and Snowshill Manor,as well as privately owned Kiftgate and of course Warwick Castle. Racing at Cheltenham, Warwick and Stratford-upon-Avon.

This venue is a wonderful place for those wishing to self-cater or share their own cooking expertise with others but for the occasional night out their are many renowned restaurants for the discerning diner.
